Amazon was sometime a very good and employee centric company but now it treats like a slave .. too hectic target , micromanagement , they don’t care if employee leaves or stay.. employee cannot have work life balance at all . Ideally there is no life .. management has stopped caring about their employee and this shows the worst organisation now to work with . Job security at it's best. One of the very few companies that actually take care of their employees. Good cab facility, good cafeteria, excellent infrastructure, top tier work culture and salary gets deposited, always on time.

Dislikes

In Seller Support department the competition is too high. Yet often times I observed undeserving people getting promoted while people with really good leadership skills, excellent process knowledge and helping nature are still waiting and suffering under less knowledgeable, lazy and selfish supervisors. They keep changing the teams, team mates, even processes all the times. It gets very annoying. The parameters get tighter and may feel difficult at times. Got good colleagues for a period of time and that was the best part of my life at Amazon.
