Being in a non tech role, they judge employees by how fast you do the job. Even if you provide more volume of work at the end of the day only the person who worked fast (even for 1 hr) is given the credit. Constantly have to micromanage yourself by using timesheets. The Job is very monotonous and continously increase targets as amazon policy is to raise the bar. You will have to work like machines to meet target. No error at all.. if your stack rank is low you will given training twice if you get an error inbetween 12 months you will be thrown out.
