I hate the fact that my team specifically pays lesser than any other teams within Amazon. The work culture is decent though.

It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. I worked there in 2012 and now I got a chance to write a review and it's 2024 November. I have missed each and everything about Amazon. It's been more than a decade and dint forget the names of people who I have worked with, the manager who hired me my and so much to say but little can be shared. No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.

I enjoyed work very . Mainly, in this working period of Amazon I got so many experiences. I got so much support from my mangers, pa 's, ps ' s and my team members . Other than that I lije two things they are Transport facility and salary on 1st before and also my agency support

The promotions are biased and not best Some of the hiring managers have no knowledge whom to take to that position and some are biased. First they already fixed the candidates informally and conduct interviews formally. They don't hire the best. *Most of the project managers have no process knowledge and they make SOP changes, which seems silly. *Recognition based on visibility, not based on candidate expertise *All promotions need LPs(Leadership Principles) interviews and those all LP questions are imaginable, not real. *The criteria of IJPs are very high, no matter the candidate has actual eligibility. It does matter only when the right candidate have met the criteria, which seemed incorrect. *Lack of experience people are getting promoted without process knowledge and expertise, as the only reason is visibility. *Does visibility enough for all solutions.?...Read More
