Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Growth is cimpletely depends on manager. If your manager is not interested in you sure there wont be any promotion even afrer 10 years at same position

Overall Company culture is good.

No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
