1. payscale is above the market standard 2. Very fast moving organisation with everyday a new one- lots of new learning

1 . Zero work life balance (by Zero I meant a FULL on ZERO) 2. Being fast moving organisation; changes are sudden and it takes a lot of time for one to accept and settle down 3. mostly Top to bottom approach, with not much feedback are taken from actual operators

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
