I think the job security, no hierarchy, great colleagues, good environment and the office is also really nice. It gives you a great culture.

Dislikes

I think the growth in operations is really slow and the appraisal is also not according to the market standards.

You can work from anywhere. Be it cafeteria, different floor, gaming room, etc They provide transportation allowance of 4k if choose to opt out of cab service. Work life balance is there. Not that great. But manageable still.

Dislikes

Low salary, non negotiable figure before joining. Too self centered management. No promotion Very less hike They have very less hours of OT so a fixed range of salary every month. No relocation bonus Management likes yes men
