Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. I had 4 managers; all supportive, no micro management and all of them were so supportive that they recognise your personal life problems if affecting your work. Workplace is awesome, all the facilities provided are also great. Weekly connects were fun, not just the work life we had fun sessions too

Dislikes

Won't say anything was bad, except some people who can't forget their previous company trauma and try running things that way, and while any potential threat if they sense from their seniors they starts pressuring the lower one but that's even one in whole bunch.😅

Toxic culture, of you get sick you get punished, you are told openly to show others down so that you can be considered as good. Everyone is always complaining about others and lying to being you on their side. Promotion are based on how well you know your manager and 2 up skip levels, performance dose now matter.
