AVOC is underrated as compared to other departments at Amazon. Annual perks vary from department to department and the management send goodies that are otherwise useless. Rather than promoting internal employees they focus more on recruiting from outside. No relocation allowance provided to move back to office for outstation employees. People working from home can save atleast something compared to those working from office. Skill development is the last thing you can expect from this job.
