In Amazon, I get to work on various techs like AWS, and mostly teams work on full stack projects. So, we get exposure on frontend and backend techs.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very bad, also there is constant pressure from management to complete the tasks, otherwise there is constant fear of losing the job.

At amazon you are provided ample opportunities to learn. you are given your own AWS account to learn and experiment and you are given difficult tasks to overcome.

1. Work life balance is terrible and management isn't bothered about it 2. The work you do at amazon has little or no value outside of amazon. Technologies are too specific to amazon 3. There is a lot of office politics at amazon which makes you wanna leave this place as soon as possible

Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
