No pressure that's the only thing I love on this position. Amazon work culture is amazing. If you're a permanent employee then don't worry about your job security, becoz Amazon won't leave their employee. But contract means obviously no career development.. Amazon company polices are too good the employees. And in USA they are giving free career development but they are not providing this for india 🇮🇳.....Read More

Work experience is pretty good. But we you enter in contract basis you job security is not assured. Otherwise it was great.

Dislikes

The one thing I hate in amazon is they wont say anything clearly about the contract whether there'll be extension or termination. we have to wait for long days. And in team they'll be that office politics happen

For me my role it was pretty easy only nothing hectic and all. Only thing is we have do our routine production.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
