It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. Work and life balance and not enjoying holidays and There is a lot of politics involved in promotion. First they set everything up whether they have knowledge of the process or not.

Amazon work life balance policy and work culture are the best one.

Never get into Hr and customer support domains, I have seen people are still at L2 level even after 5+ tenured. Only tech and AWS support domains are best with salaries. Promotions are based on JDIs for most of the departments. Extremely Low compensation.

Great culture of work. Having a great team that we support eachother. When ever a house keeping work we tell to the person great job. And we have R&R events for housekeeping which we give prices for there work they do in the company. Our manager are friendly and supportive at work.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for the employees. They are keep hatred to an employee and take them out of the job. What all ideas we give they will not take it. Without any reason they will keep on shouting at an employee.
