It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. Great culture of work. Having a great team that we support eachother. When ever a house keeping work we tell to the person great job. And we have R&R events for housekeeping which we give prices for there work they do in the company. Our manager are friendly and supportive at work.

There is not promotion for the employees. They are keep hatred to an employee and take them out of the job. What all ideas we give they will not take it. Without any reason they will keep on shouting at an employee.

You will get to learn a lot new things that will surely help you in boosting your career in the future. Biggest benefit is Work Life Balance, no one will ask you for your leaves. You are a free bird. Also if you are at senior or leadership position, you will get many benefits and great perks

At certain level/field you will get the bare minimum salary and less perks, promotion chances are also too less or it will take much longer than expected time.
