The work life balance is very bad, also there is constant pressure from management to complete the tasks, otherwise there is constant fear of losing the job.

Only problem with this company is job security if you are joining on contract basis there is 50-50 changes to increase your contract or to make you permenent employee.

If its a non tech role then the only drawback of amazon is it pays you less than the market value.
