There is a lot about Amazon. I would be more specific to this role. Personally I did not like the role though it is a part of Human Resources it feels like you are doing a customer service job.

Truly bad experience. I was scheduled for an interview for role of Case manager at xyz time at last moment I received mail from hr saying we have to postpone this interview due to xyz reason and I totally agreed with them. Main issue created when they started to postpone my interview again and again almost 6 times and I have that proof too. At last the day arrived they invited again me for an interview and I accepted their invitation and joined the meeting 5 minutes before but no one was there so I stayed in meeting for 20minutes but no one came. I contacted HR stating all the details as she was unaware of this. HR contacted the person who was going to interview me and he told her that I am waiting for the candidate from the scheduled time be has not joined the meeting 😡such a lier person, still I didn't speak any words as he was going to take my interview again. So he took my interview very casually (It seems he was angered on me because I directly contacted HR, and the reason why I contacted HR was she has texted me saying and I felt that because I am working in industry from last 5/6 years. Interview held only for 5 minutes and after my interview within few minutes I received rejection email from HR. It was totally horrible experience. Please don't do this again with anyone as he lost hopes if you are continuing same process with everyone. I suggest everyone please don't fall in hopes of joining Amazon. #PoorManagement...Read More

Disturbed work life. No choise of working. Have to work is same night shift for life time. 24*7 rotational shift is scam.
