Fixed schedule no additional working hours, easy to get leaves and timely payout.

Dislikes

The culture has become toxic and getting worse day by day. IJP's are for just name sake, they just move you temporarily at higher position with just little bonus on your salary and then they do not promote you and ak you to work again at lower level just by saying there is no process requirment. They will not give you increment after few hikes just by saying that you have reached highest slab what we offer at your position. Employee is kept in dark most of the times and the workflow is non Stop but still they are firing people to cut down cost...Read More
