The work culture within Amazon is nice, quick resolution depending on the query which you raised on.

The Management was worst, without any proper information they layoff/terminate employee's, always they give set of the goal's and put you in PIP (performance improvement plan). which were unachievable and they expect from the employee should be done 100% adherence, For my understanding no one is 100% right there should be always lack in the knowledge or process, and it is never ending story, when a employee is giving 80-90% at least he will get a chance to sustain in the organization, but as per them no matter what employee should get 100% adherence and without errors, and this won't be happened, and My manager Naveen one of the dumb manager i ever seen, the person is having 0 knowledge in people management, he doesn't even know how to speak in a English but how the company has promoted him as a manager and paying 1L salary, the person who is having extreme knowledge and hands on experience about the process should get a Manager post's. This organization people always hire a candidate who is having 0 knowledge on process as well as people management they will hire them and give the position's this is the one of the worst experience i had in my career and HR as well involved in it, they always look for cost cutting and terminating employee's, just because you in a position to terminate anyone one day Karma will terminate you as well when you and you families' on stake and in need of the source of employment....Read More
