The only thing that I like about Amazon is its work culture. You don't have to stretch unnecessarily even for a day by a minute. The managers are helpful but not pretty much approachable to get real answers.

Dislikes

The list can be long. The fact that if you take a leave, they'll trade it off with an OT and will quote why they granted a leave in the first place which means you are deemed to be working on a 6th Day. Secondly, the pay is really bad given the workload. Internal movement can be very very slow and chances are that you can be in the same role for years and years even if you perform well. Next is the career growth opportunity, hands down, nobody's gonna help you with that. Especially in CS....Read More
