Manager dominated and ruled work culture. No work life balance you don't get a time to peacefully have a meal, do OT to finish days work. No Job Security work with threat of loosing. very poor management who will make feel dumb and sick. No Exit Interview to retain or know reason for leave or discuss about settlement pay. Punish Exited Employee with about a month salary to refund in order to issue relieving letter.
