Extreme politics. You will survive if you are boot licker. No diversity. They mostly don't hire females. And if hired had to go through lot of work place harassment. They will give you 60% of your variable for 3 rating. Appraisal has no logic. You may get 2 even if you have performed the best by all means. No work life balance.
