Long time working employees are not good with news joinees. I think Amar Ujala need a transfer policy of maximum 05 years for all working employees. It's a primary need of Amar ujala. Thank you

The colleagues, the team, the people I was working with were like a family. Immediate superiors were a bit supportive.

Dislikes

Budget cuts and lack of resources and enough staff to efficiently meet the deadlines. Unrealistic expectations of management for results without any interest in investing or even spending a penny for the process or resources. Reimbursement issues, they say they will reimburse for out of office tasks but many times either delay a lot or try not giving any reimbursement.

Company was good but the current HR head she is so toxic. She doesn't even know how to talk with her team members. She used to scream all the time. I recommend not to join AU during her tenure, otherwise your life becomes hell.
