Poor Management, No Decisions, Nobody has technical knowledge, No Job Security, they just want to sell their material anyhow, they hold salaries on exit of every employee

In starting everything was good but later on I realised that employees not stay there for long. Maximum age of an employee is 6 months. Good employee can become bad suddenly depending on the mood of the boss. No Job security, Sudden terminations

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
