During the Covid period we have been working from home since March-2019 till date,Even while working for International process our night allowances have been cancelled,no electricity reimbursement and also our salaries were deducted from March-19 to December - 19 from 15% to 7%,Initially we were given Rs 600 as internet reimbursement this has been reduced to Rs 350 since September-20.Most of all if any employee is covid positive an on leave for treatment he does not have any relief from the company he will be marked without pay if he does not have paid leave available with him....Read More

In the last 8 yrs with this company I have worked in various processes with different managers,but my last manager for 3 yrs is very arrogant he only favours people who say you are always correct even if he is wrong

My Santosh sir he was very nice and knows how to deal with they employee and soft spoken understand.The work was okay okay you get the knowledge about products and nothing else.The QA Ankita Bosale was terrible she was just @#@* because of her only o felt this company because of her only

Dislike is just my QA was very terrible and pathetic because of her I left this job she was always behind me ....u did this wrong that wrong when other's was also doing the same thing

I loved the process I worked for. Also, the policies support the agents and help him/her in many ways in terms of leaves, shift timings.

When it comes to your growth, the management is too weak to actually pick the ones who deserve and have that energy to work efficiently for the company growth.

Overall I have loved my work and found it very interesting. Learnt many things, have groomed myself and my skills. Have developed a good confident and delivered well when got an opportunity.
