Nothing so much just provide proper system for work

The biggest thing I don't like is politics in Altius. I worked in Altius and they put me and office coligue on bench from 31 Jan as they said now the process is over we will put on a bench and we will surely contact you as soon as possible. But they never contact me instead of contacting me they contact few internal employees and put the rest peoples on bench and never contact till yet Altius politics doesn't care about you your career doesn't matter if you have a good quality score or everything right. But once they put you on a bench they never call back me . And everyday I saw they post job posting on apna and indeed job and mention we need fresher. Well if already your employee on bench so why you need fresher instead of contacting bench employees as they promise they cheated me . I feel so bad and I request them so many times but only one answer we don't have vacancy wow a clear lie . “Best Place to Work” title should be removed

Dislikes

This company will hire you, put you through training, and then put you on floor and will not assist in real time situations. Will nag behind to complete the target or else make you wait. No other option. The salary cycle is horrible as it is. 45days will be converted in 60days and no assistance will be provided. No HR will help and won’t even communicate for the same. Salary will be peanuts even after working for months. No assistance of cafeteria or anything. Just a vending machine which will eat your money. A time limitation to every thing.
