Working Culture is good and the team is Supportive.

Dislikes

Growth is Slow the Salary is not as per the Industry Standard for the same position the Package for everyone is different, If you are favourite of your Manager or the Senior you will get promoted very easily else you need to only keep om waiting and waiting. HR are too busy so that they never response to your Call or the Email unless to tag the any highest authority in the Email...Read More

I am there in the Company for an 16 Month but my Experience with the Company was not too good or bad but is it Satisfactory, however the Sign off with the Company is not good, the time need support and the Cooperation they do not Support.

Working in Altius was a great experience which I Had in my life, the work culture & healthy atmosphere was awesome.

Dislikes

Career growth was little bit slow.

Work Details

It was good.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
