Job Title: Sales Head Surface Protectant & Sanitization Solutions
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting goals and ensuring execution.
- Identify and establish partnerships with businesses, hospitals, hotels, and institutions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and revenue forecasting.
- Lead enterprise sales negotiations and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hygiene, chemical, or sanitization products.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and scale teams in a competitive market.
- Strong network of industry contacts and experience in enterprise/B2B sales.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions.
