They have training to improve staffs skills.

from last 4 year their was no increment in salary. company is very nice but management is very poor when it comes to appreciate staff. their is lot of favor for satff who can play politics and always keep saying yes yes all the time no matter if they are wrong. but not good for those staff who believe in work.

My work experience in mh alshaya was so dicey. no matter how good you are in work but still you need to be good in playing politics and doing show-up when management is arround.
