Dislikes

Jayachandra (manager of RPA team) will give mental torture to only working employees. If consultants will not work he will abuse/ give threats to remove permanent working employees. Useless employees of team are enjoying with less work load & no track of their track. Jayachandra is having ego issue, we have to follow his orders he wants working employees to work 400% than their capacity, HR & management is not doing anything even after multiple complaints. He will torture & pressurize by asking to work on multiple things in parallel or work on weekends or after 6. if we fail to achieve his target he will start abusing. There is work life balance. He will not say single word to useless employees. Useless employees are getting more salaries as well....Read More
