Its great experience working at Almarai Bakery division. Coqorkers/sttaf are good and helping nature. Work system is with full updated programmed system with technology and with complete detail. Full of knowledge and aupportive collegues at work. The management is helping hand. HR is full supportive. Production and Logistic dept arewith excellent machines to operate. Upline or immediate managers are good and very supportive at work. Working environment is very friendly, specially when you are working with different types of people from different part of the world. The product of company are very excellent and the company is itself King in Market. The policies and benefits for wmployees at Almarai is very good. In this world nothing is perfect. Moon evwn has the black spots. In Almarai only the people working qho are coming from South India (Kerala) are not supporting to non keralatic Indian people, but in addition they try to damage and leg pulling of the other (non keralatic) people. This has to be taken care by management. Otherwise Almarai is the best company to work.
