This review is specific to the Medical & Auto Casualty Summarization team in Pune & Banglore. The work Life Balance is terrible here. You need to work for at least 12 hrs per day when you are working from home. While working from office you have to work for 9 hrs in the office shift time, no time for lunch or tea/coffee break. After that you have to travel home by cab for almost 1.5 hrs, reach home & again keep working for 3-4 hrs. On top of that, these idiot Team leaders make it compulsory for everyone to participate in the Fun at work activities which eats up their production time. They just wan't to click photos and show it to their senior leadership that everyone is enjoying work-life balance. Some people have resigned in the training period only. The summarization team is doing the most useless work on this planet. This work has no value in the market. The daily volume of work is increasing and these idiot leaders are forcing the employees to leave the company. ON top of that the remaining employees are asked to work overtime. (What a shameless approach from the leadership). All useless team leaders are hired who dont have any domain knowledge. The senior team leads never did any work so they dont know the process at all. If all the team leads & Senior team leads start working, then they will know the gravity of the process. Total 12 Team Leads + 10 Auditors + 5 trainers = 27 employees are non productive and of no use at all. On daily basis , they are facing resignations from the employees. Please do not join this team. Your career will be finished. Team leads are just interested in flattering the female employees. They just keep flirting with females and show their errorless production. Some Team Leads are just hired bcoz they are friends of the existing Leads. They have no Leadership skills at all. Please do not join this team, you life will be a hell. Instead wait for some better opportunity in the market. There many good companies with good job profiles. The work here is only typing and nothing else. You need to type at least 20-25 pages in a day. You will have backache, neck pain, arm pain and many such issues as a gift from the company.
