There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.

Their proclivity for self-promotion lacks any substantive results or contributions, which further undermines their credibility. Moreover, there is a conspicuous lack of employee recognition and opportunities for professional growth within the company.
