Pathetic culture, primitive thinking. Petty politics thanks to all the employees who come through referrals. Less work and more blame game and politics. It's worse than boarding school. They want control more than adults working for them.

They have dress code understand but they have very very poor dress quality they are forcing us to wear the same dress and HR not following the dress code.. 2.When i joined the company i got assurances that ALLEN have best work environment they never fired to anyone but now they are terminated us without any reason 3.Also they are not giving us compensation not even for 1 month they are saying that your performance is very very brilliant but we are nit able to pay your salary 4. Rules that are not in written like non veg food not allowed in office, uniform (which is not spoken about during your interview), termination upon being caught smoking, office politics - too many bad apples who are employed due to personal contacts, oppression, employees being treated like school kids & HR screaming at them like a Principal, being warned about termination if you are not on your seat or are unwell, being mistreated by the faculty daily. The institute thinks that maharashtrian students are waste of time and energy...and they even celebrate kota results in Maharashtra but can't find own results as they criticize local resources...but fee's.... it's not compromised thing... result is comprised easily...
