I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. I liked the professional attitude and workplace environment that was provided to me.And one thing, I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communications that that were prevalent between managers and employees.

Dislikes

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain levelThe company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.
