In Glenmark, very tranfarancy culture, glenmarl focus on development of employees, giving chance for internal growth. feel free to discuss with the management. I have completed 10 years of this company nd never feel that company terminate me or fire me.

for me dislike, require proper production planning, employee not spend time for their development.

there is no work life balance those who are working with industries, if we spend two hours with family after reaching at home then after family is happy.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
