I love the fact of Senior and collegues relationship which was fantastic and enjoyable

Dislikes

The Work Pressure is very High, sometimes I have to work 16 Hours straight in a day. Job is always unsecured. Management has Hire and Fire Culture which makes team very unsecured all the time.

Work Details

Generally my work was to take care of western region for sales and marketing which was challening as there are many competetors already present and company has low growth rate since last three years. I have to travel almost every week to all the places.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
