Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. I am working here as a store manager from last year. I feel better then other companies. I feel like working own store. All operation team is very spotted.

Dislikes

It is a small formet retail, in a very small population space here. We cannot play here with extra efforts. Like a big display .only here four manpower for spot.
