Alfanar electric company is a multinational group of companies with mixed culture and respect people values. Of course working in alfanar is a challange and one must prove the real measurable output in terms of performance..All the apprisals will be baed on the performance... Alfanar has taken care of all the employees in the best possible manner so that the spread of the COVID19 is avoided as well the sinatisation of the work place along with providing mask for all the employees as well sanitiser kept at all important location to ensure the employees also easily able to use it. Safe distancing culture with in the Alfanar employees was brought out as a practise thru safety training process. People who were affected were asked to take rest & medicines were provided on timely basis to get cured as well the food that is to be taken also were given as apart of guidelines. Also seperate arrangement was provided in the labour camp to ensuure the affected employees were treated by the doctor periodically. All the staffs were asked to work from home.to avoid the spread for COVID19 as a part of pre-causionary measure....Read More

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the after evening. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but my manager mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal s<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
