Interview process was really good conducted by HR team. They are very helpful and approachable. My onboarding was really impressive. The way HR introduced me to all my colleagues and Leaders.

Interview Process : The first interview which was taken by the immediate manager was good but the questions that were asked to were relevant to the previous role that I was working. Also the test conducted was also similar to what I was good at to match my current profile of Graphics. But later on when I joined I was asked to do some other work which was not part of my role. Even thought I tried learning and working on it. But when I completed 6 months probation they said that I was not performing well by judging the work that was not part of my profile and extended my probation. Which was so disappointing. Also when I tried putting my points they trapped my each and every mistake in to mail to prove that I am not efficient (in the work that was not part of my profile) Late I resigned after facing so much harassment into the emails and front of colleagues. Manager has no professionalism, sense of talking with team members, No sense of integrity towards team members and also non-helping nature when seeking help. They also do not have proper training courses for employees who need improvement. Not proper SOP to follow work processes, Everything is manual and we need to keep our brain aside and follow the same. New opinions are not welcomed, No suggestions are accepted and when suggested you will get only disappointment. You can not grow in such an environment, Even if you try to escalate to next level no one listens to you....Read More

Work Details

I was asked to work on illustrations that will be inserted in to the customized manuals as per the requirement of customers. But due to lack of work the different profile work was given to me. I was reporting to Manager and coordinating with stakeholders.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
