Never join this company. You have to learn the task, product before coming to this company because they don't have training procedures, no onbording procedure and expect the 10 days work within 3 days on 1st joining week. If you don't know the product then it's your mistake. You have to learn by own without help without avoid daily work. No extra activities only focus to work. No credit to good work but criticism for mistakes. If any project is in bad situations they will assign to new person and Blaim that person. Worst company ever think twice before you join

Dislikes

Upper management treat employees like slave. They use freshers for 6 month probation later remove them without thinking. No matter how hard you work you will be fired after 6 month. Employees Open your eyes and try to have safe and secured job. Management is very cruel.

The global team and their professionalism. The office is nice.

Dislikes

Unfortunately group management is not much bothered about the culture in India. No collaboration among sales, manufacturing and engineering. Managing Director himself is involved in official gossiping about other people, is rude and discriminate people based on the region. The culture is insecure. Everybody here is running for saving the skin. No feedom to act.
