Upper management treat employees like slave. They use freshers for 6 month probation later remove them without thinking. No matter how hard you work you will be fired after 6 month. Employees Open your eyes and try to have safe and secured job. Management is very cruel.

Top management is good but is completely unaware about how toxic the middle management & working people, I would recommend Alfa Laval Culture team people should introspect into Satara Site specifically. It is good only if you are joining at very senior position, otherwise they will rot you mentally.

Among Alfa Laval, Satara site is the most depressing one, I have worked in many companies but here culture is intensely dreary. Company's toxic work environment particular among order handlers and their internal politics has significantly hampered me mentally, its torturious & significantly affects ones productivity and morale.
