No professionalism is being followed. 2-3 weeks Overtime is required in a month and if you deny working on weekends. They will escalate you on the same and will be biased to other employees. No proper increments and bonus is given to employees. If things got escalates Higher management will only listen to managers not the team.

The restructuring has caused many people loose their jobs. even the performers are put to dark lights and shown as non performers and has been asked to leave. The culture has changed and not people oriented at all now. They just look at profits. no work life balance. too much of unnecessary pressure building here.
