The Company has a culture of nurturing it's employees by providing them with all knowledge and training required. Good hikes. Above average work lofe balance. Trust of over 100 years.

They do give promotions but very late. Bad Incentive policies. Unfaithful divisional management.

Use and throw policy. Work culture very bad. Lots of pressure for achieving monthly budget. Lots of stocks infiltration. If management wants to remove from company they directly block your ID. HR listen only management not employee. Owner don't know any thing what's are wrong going in company.

Immense & unethical pressure of sales from senior management with unrealistic target. Target growth was around 55% yoy without any genuine base & support. Upper management is totally clueless on this & they are just justifying their jobs by threatening employees with slogans like "do or die". No work life balance, no job security. Worst place to work for an EHS aspirant. This review is for API2 and I don't want to malign the reputation of any other API unit. Its just that the senior officials (AM & MANAGER) of EHS deptt of API2 unit are not at all supportive. The manager is biased and least supportive. Favouritism is on peak here. No matter how much experience you have or how much knowledge you have, you would be doing only what the manager wants. The AM doesn't respect his juniors and abuses them. He takes credit of your hardwork. He only demotivates and humiliates you in front of others. Never supported me or guided me. Only did complaints to the manager. Rest of the team is very good. The fire team is very well versed with technicalities. But they all are suffering too. Overall, the Safety Dept is made toxic due to the people I mentioned above. So choose wisely. Again, my review is totally and solely for Safety deptt - API2. Rest of the team of API2 is very supportive. They made my 5 month's journey bearable....Read More
