Use and throw policy. Work culture very bad. Lots of pressure for achieving monthly budget. Lots of stocks infiltration. If management wants to remove from company they directly block your ID. HR listen only management not employee. Owner don't know any thing what's are wrong going in company.

Immense & unethical pressure of sales from senior management with unrealistic target. Target growth was around 55% yoy without any genuine base & support. Upper management is totally clueless on this & they are just justifying their jobs by threatening employees with slogans like "do or die". No work life balance, no job security.
