Immense & unethical pressure of sales from senior management with unrealistic target. Target growth was around 55% yoy without any genuine base & support. Upper management is totally clueless on this & they are just justifying their jobs by threatening employees with slogans like "do or die". No work life balance, no job security. No environment of learning & self development. System is not fare in terms of payment of incentives even after target achievement they hold the inventives without any justification....Read More

One of the worst organization with too much politics. This is an bucket organization for bucket employees. There's no value for hardwork. Even after working for many years and having many years of experience no promotions. Be careful and ask someone before joining shreno ltd.

Worst place to work for an EHS aspirant. This review is for API2 and I don't want to malign the reputation of any other API unit. Its just that the senior officials (AM & MANAGER) of EHS deptt of API2 unit are not at all supportive. The manager is biased and least supportive. Favouritism is on peak here. No matter how much experience you have or how much knowledge you have, you would be doing only what the manager wants. The AM doesn't respect his juniors and abuses them. He takes credit of your hardwork. He only demotivates and humiliates you in front of others. Never supported me or guided me. Only did complaints to the manager. Rest of the team is very good. The fire team is very well versed with technicalities. But they all are suffering too. Overall, the Safety Dept is made toxic due to the people I mentioned above. So choose wisely. Again, my review is totally and solely for Safety deptt - API2. Rest of the team of API2 is very supportive. They made my 5 month's journey bearable....Read More
