Alembic is a well-known pharmaceutical company with the best internal increment in the industry with good Job security. company policies are great too... As companies punch line is "Stay with Alembic and grow with Alembic"... with the above context, Alembic gives good chance to employees to grow with Wealth...

Dislikes

1. With respect to the Punch line of Company employees can grow their Wealth but the organization doesn't gives you chance/allow you to grow your knowledge and versatile experience. 2. There are too much politics and partiality in the area which demotivates peoples. 3. Higher management does not allow employees to learn new things... Officers are looking after a single area for years... this type of monotonous work making peoples constricted. 4. Manufacturing plant is at 40 km away from Baroda city and R&D also gonna shift out of city soon. 5. Bad quality food available at Canteen and employees have to pay 27 Rs per plate. also, there is no option for food. 6. Team outing or soft skill training like things don't exist there. 7.
