The company believes in number game. All managers believe in dumping the goods on 30th to achieve their numbers and if goods are returned the concerned representative is issued a series of letters and asked to attend review meeting with the H.R.. Also if medical representative denies to fill the foolish formats he is deprived of yearly increment, incentives and all monetary gains. Filed 7 cases against notorious management. Currently 5 cases of wage cut and transfer of job are in High court. Management not attending the cases. Their reputation is also deteriorating day by day.
