There is a lot of politics and the higher management support people who is buttering. There is some kind of 2 year bond like if u leave before 2 years u have to pay transportation claim and early relieving money of previous organisations. Yes no proper training given to employees who is new and training in the system of SOP is just for fun they provide answers already at time of exam.

Work Details

No facility of transportation and they have update policies as we will get some retention bonus after 2 year but will not get but we have our offer later there mentioned about that due to policy revision will not get. Rest okay

No learning just copy paste your daily routine everyday that's it if you are joining.. Join only For max 1-2 years then switch only for good hike it's ok and work life balance is in just shift but not in general shift work load is very peak and that too irrelevant work load and totally unnecessary just because your boss said u have to do it

Worst place to work for an EHS aspirant. This review is for API2 and I don't want to malign the reputation of any other API unit. Its just that the senior officials (AM & MANAGER) of EHS deptt of API2 unit are not at all supportive. The manager is biased and least supportive. Favouritism is on peak here. No matter how much experience you have or how much knowledge you have, you would be doing only what the manager wants. The AM doesn't respect his juniors and abuses them. He takes credit of your hardwork. He only demotivates and humiliates you in front of others. Never supported me or guided me. Only did complaints to the manager. Rest of the team is very good. The fire team is very well versed with technicalities. But they all are suffering too. Overall, the Safety Dept is made toxic due to the people I mentioned above. So choose wisely. Again, my review is totally and solely for Safety deptt - API2. Rest of the team of API2 is very supportive. They made my 5 month's journey bearable....Read More
