Developer are Good and hard working !

Dislikes

Work life balence ! Micro Management Don't have good architecture For Data Health project ! They will ask you to join 5 calls on an average . Two them are daily standup calls . Stand up calls takes 1. 5 hours of your time daily . They don't understand what standup call meant for . Many times they will try to short out issues inthe calls . Developer have no time to focus on their work . If Alcon HR reading this please take action on these items . Thanks !...Read More
