Management is mostly old age people who are too much into themselves. Only their opinion matter and too rigid to listen to anyone else. Mainly finance team lead by Satish With whom you to interact anyhow. Such a horrible experience.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
