The no pressure here, you can start at 8:30 up to 9:00 and finish at 4:30 up to 5:00. rarely cases in which you need to spend more time at work

There's no salary scale at all, appraisals depend on your manager, some times you get appraised after 2 years as a max, and sometimes you need to wait for 5 to 6 years.
