When I joined the company, i thought this is growing start-up and it will be a good opportunity. But....this but, has given me worst experience of my life. I wish there could be atleast one thing i could appreciate, but i got to know some people here, that's it.

From where should I start, this company don't Even deserve to be called as a company. They don't have any single thing which make them even a good employer, but they are exploiting people where ever they get chance. Akash Singh- He is so called CEO of the company who has no responsibility regarding the funding or anything. They have not paid employees from last 5 months and not even giving any clarification. He keeps on giving a new deadline to clear the dues, but then they just disappear. Reema- She is so called HR of the company with no responsibility again. She is basically hired to lie to all employees and make them fool. She never has any update regarding the salary. Davinder - She is so called finance person in office, who is again relative of CEO and has no basic knowledge of how company works. For everything, she just says, fire them if they are saying this. She just works as a coordinator between the employee and CA person and stays most of the time in GYM or kitchen for which she feels she is getting good flexibility at Albot, because she never has to work actually and getting salary in free. Ishtpreet- He is also a part of management and just takes the meeting for updates but he don't have any update regarding the salary. And moreover, he expects people to work without getting paid. He is aware of the company financial situation that people are not paid since 5 months but still he is roaming in company's finances and wasting it. These all management people are just wasting the Money of company. Which has finally got the company in situation where they don't have any money to pay employees. They don't follow any professionalism or company culture, or may be they are not aware at all. If you really care about your career, then be jobless but don't join this company. They will take away your mental peace and hardwork and not pay you back anything. They might start new company with new name so to cover their bad reputation as they gave done same with kryptoblocks as well. Nothing to like. The company is holding off the salary of the full-timers since the last 6 months. Now they are trying to bury all the real reviews with fake reviews. If you really want to know how the company is, find anyone who works at Albot Technologies on LinkedIn and ask them if they have received their salary. That'd answer all your questions. If you wish to work in an organisation that is insanely unorganised, holds off projects and people (illegally), disparages you for asking for salary, this is the place to be. Hell in one word. I'd repeat, find anyone on LinkedIn who works at Albot Techologies and ask if they have received their salary. It's a startup with all of a startup's demerits and none of its potential. Good ideas? You will never receive your salary on time, sometime it may delays upto 2 weeks-1 month. no one will respond to your query and you will be treated as an orphan member and there is no one to take a stand with employee.
